To be ‘shepherds’ of the congregation and to oversee the ministries under the scope of their Core Group, ensuring that God’s vision for the Church is faithfully and consistently sought and implemented.

To work closely with the ministry leaders and staff within their Core Group’s area to develop objectives, goals, and strategies for those ministries, and help monitor progress in their implementation

To disciple and pastor members of the Core Group

To act as team builders with the various ministries and interests represented on their Core Group.

To recognise and raise up gifted persons to serve the church’s ministries and submit their names to the Vicar and then the Vestry for appointment

To be channels of communication providing two monthly written reports for the congregation to Vestry
